    Unfortunately I've found that tequila does not agree with me.

    To heck with the Crystal Light...I use the Jose Cuervo Light Margarita Mix. A whopping zero calories! I also splurg on 4 oz of home squeezed oranges. Makes my margarita calories a bit higher, but not by that much.

    How expensive is it? I know that the Walmart brand of Crystal Light and Diet 7-Up are both pretty cheap-- and almost zero calories.

    Would love to try the Cuervo brand, though!

    Sipping this now- only change was to add twice as much liquor (teehee), and a salt/sweet rim on the glass. From someone who gave up real margaritas many moons ago, THANKS! :happy: :drinker: Will have to try with some oj at some point.

    Unfortunately I don't live in the U.S. and some of those ingredients aren't available in OZ. :(

    I recently bought some packets in the crystal light section of walmart that are actually margarita flavored. I ahven't tried them yet, but I like the idea of having a little bit of the carbonation in the diet sprite or diet 7 up!
    Thanks for the suggestion. That is very little calories for a margarita!
