I have no appeitte staying under my calorie goal is no problem since I'm never hungry. At first It was not easy staying under my goal I always stayed right at my goal. But now I'm not hungry I do workout everyday So i really Dont understand why I am not Hungry is any one else feeling this way?

I go through phases where I am VERY hungry and phases when I'm just not very hungry. When I'm hungry, I eat. When I'm not overly hungry, I still eat but I aim to consume higher calories foods (like nuts) so I can try and reach my calorie goals. I know, for me, I have to be within my range or I will gain weight slowly. So, I make sure I am consuming at least the minimum amount of my calories (which is 2300). Look for calorie dense, healthy foods to try and boost your calories without having to consume as much food.0

I think that's normal especially if you are exercising but you do need to maintain your calories to keep burning calories.0
