Help me with my sugar attack

ok so i have noticed that i always seem to go over on my sugar intake. i am not sure what to do. i feel like i am doing good with my calories when i go back through my diary. though it is weird i do good with calories and my sugar is high. then if i do good with sugar my calories are way to high. i think it is a loss loss. not sure what to do or if it is better to watch one over the other. up til now i have just been watching my calories in foods but lately i have wondered if i am doing it right. please help also sorry if it is a big runon sentence. i am not the best of writer and i am not here for it just my weight lol.. thank u

    what to do?

    eat better foods :) which are lower in sugar (they tend to be lesser in calories too) such as vegetables!! :)

    to be honest as long as your calories are below your losing weight calories, you WILL lose weight....how healthy that is....that's questionable.
