I've been signed up for a while but have decided to have a serious go at loosing some weight after discovering all my trousers bar one pair are too tight!

I like to eat healthy but have a habbit of blowing it all on chocolate deserts or takeaways when I'm feeling too lazy to cook. I also don't exercise as much as I should but have recently got into indoor climbing on a weekly basis so this should help.

It's great to see a whole community for support!
