Good Monday Morning Motivational Movers :laugh: I am up and ready to run out the door for the start of the school week. I typically exercise first thing but didn't sleep well last night so will do this when I get home this afternoon. Looks like our weather will be nice here in KY so I am planning an outdoor session. I hope everyone will have a great start to their day. :wink:

    Morning Lori and all to follow!

    Getting ready to start another work week of split shifts. Boo! :tongue: but at same time greatful I have a job.

    Lori: Didn't sleep well either down here in TN but that had more to do with the pitiful whining of the boyfriend. He's done something to his knee but he won't go to the doctor. Foolish man. Still love him though.

    Will go on for a walk later today during my four hours of off time!

    Hope it is a great day for everyone!!

    Up and about. I have the day off from work today and I will be taking my 89 year old Dad to his cardiac rehab class....he gets a good workout for an hour. My parents are the best.... very inspiring....they are both 89 and are in great health for their age.

    My plan today is to check out Curves Smart that was recommended by Sieggie.

    Well off to the hospital with my Dad.

    Morning all! Back at work Monday, exhausted from yesterday's hike. Best workout of the week..keeping up with a 20 month old puppy! Hope to stick to the 1,200 calories this week and workout everyday. You guys are inspiring!

    Good Morning all,
    Well, I know our weigh in day is not until Thursday but I'm in another group that weighs in on mondays and I won't be by a computer on thursday so I'll give you my progress today. down 2.2 lbs in 4 day!!! Awesome even though I indulged last night. So, tracking my food and drinking my water are the key to success. What a difference it makes. Have a great week everyone and I'll be back at the beginning of Sept. (maybe check in a few times before that) Going camping and then off to the city. Off to pack. Take care and I know you'll all be coin g great while I'm away!!

    Good Evening....just finished my 30D Shred video, will have a small snack then off to the park for daughter's cross country practice. I will get in my 2 mile walk while she is there and then a run to the YMCA to get a class schedule. I'm thinking of finding an exercise class I might like instead of always doing DVD's. Would love to do Zumba but it is at 12:00 and I am teaching then.

    I've been in and out of the house during my 4 hours just walking and tromping through the yard cleaning up more debris. Looks like the only big tree that fell, more of a large branch actually, was in front. The maple. It was pretty too. Ah well..

    At any rate I've got 4 hours left of work and I'm sleepy. Hope I can make it. LOL!!

    Hope everyone had a successful day with food and exercise.

    I took a 45 minute walk with the dogs and when I got home I did 20 minutes on the stepper. I will do a set of my upper body weights this evening while i watch TV.

    I checked out the 30day shred and those of you who warned me about it were absolutely right..... I have to be very careful with my knee doing some of the exercises, I also have some trouble with one of my shoulders....some tendinitis and bursitis that acts up every now and then ....so I need to be careful with some of her moves with that as well. I tried some of the exercises and modified them to make them low impact....I have had PT in the past for both the knee and shoulder so I am aware of what I can and what I should not do. Even with modifying the exercises I think I will still be able to get a decent strength training workout with this tape. It will be a good fill in once in a while.

    Geez...It is tough getting older! LOL!
