Hey!
I've been signed up to this for a while but keep slipping and ending up where I started, I could do with some motivation & encouragement. I'm from uk, 20years old and want to lose about 28ibs!! I've started going to the gym and stopped snacking and trying to watch what I eat. All of my friends and family seem to be able to eat what they want with no exercise and it just doesnt affect them so I'm looking for some tips and encouragement x

Buy a food scale so you can control portions. Log on everyday and stay within goals. Welcome and good luck.0
