Not sure if this has been recommended before but my friend and i tried them the other night whilst the boys had normal bases. It's from AllRecipies.com.

Tortilla Pizza

15 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

Ingredients

1 Low Carb/High Fiber Tortilla (small, 50 calories)
1 Tbsp Ragu homemade style pizza sauce .6 oz shredded mozarella (17 grams)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place tortilla on a cookie sheet and bake in oven about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them as we burnt them first time round.
Remove tray from oven. Top tortilla with sauce and cheese, as well as any other pizza toppings you would like...
Return to oven an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.

We used various toppings such like low fat mozzarella, tuna, pepperoni red onion and peppers. It wasreally nice
