I brought a new t'shirt and trackie pants (sweatpants) in a size medum when ive always been a large:-) and they fit perfectly

    Very Nice. I was the same way when I tried on Size Medium shirts when I was always a 1X or Extra Large.

    Very nice, I had an NSV moment today. I was talking with one of the drug reps that comes into the medical office I work at and mentioned how I have lost weight and showed her my before and "during" picture and she was surprised. She was all "you look like a different person". I love it!

    Here's my before and after pic (I started out at 4 ft 6in and 170 lbs, am now at 135.8 lbs):
