Hi I was just wondering if there are any good doco's on training, body building etc.

    in my opinion.. its a oldie but a goodie and one of the best views into elite bodybuilding in the "classic" era of bodybuilding.

    its called "Pumping Iron" and has Arnold, big Louie, and a ton of other stars from the period.
