Hi im new :) and was just wondering whether anyone could give me any advice... I havent got loads to lose but i am eating 1200 calories mon-fri and wanted to not over indulge the wknds but maybe eat more (like for out for dinner or takeways)....will i still lose weight or am i just wasting my time.

  • Heck yeah you have to have a cheat day.......mine is either Saturday or Sunday. Good Luck and add me if you want!

    Higher cal days are okay as long as the day doesn't turn into weeks. I have an eating compulsion, so I have to forego cheats for now, but hopefully as I progess I can
  • I have one high calorie day a week...gets me out of the starvation mode!

  • Hi and welcome! I plan to have Saturdays as my 'cheat' days. Unfortunately they do tend to run over... :-( If you can stick to the one day you should still see some good results!
