Ugh. I'm having issues lol

I looooooovvveeee  yogurt and cereal, seperate or together. I recently have been eating Yoplait Original 99% fat free and Post Selects or Special K cereal. However, I know that both of these are high in sugar and other unecessary ingredients. I don't like aspirtaine (spelling?) the fake substitue for sugar, gives me headaches. Does anybody have any recommendations for truely healthy yogurt or cereal?

Kashi Go Lean Crunch (1 cup) with Stoneyfield Farms organic Banilla (1/3 cup - they also have strawberry, vanilla & plain). Delicious & healthy! Mix it with some blueberries & you have my favorite breakfast combo. YUM!
  • yes stonyfield yogurts are great... also fage with honey...plain yogurt but tastes great!

    Yogurt: either Fage or Chobani
Cereal: Kashi Heart to Heart, or just plain Quaker Quick Oats with cinnamon mixed in!
