Are all stability balls created equal?

Do you recommend a certain brand? Or are they pretty much all the same?

All brands are pretty much the same. Just make sure you get the right size. Also, they make some that have an internal bladder so they can't pop or get punctured. If you have animals I would suggest one of those.0

Not a certain brand per se, but a really cheap generic one will probably need to be re-inflated every so often. I had a 5 dollar one that needed air every time I used it. And I have one that I paid close to 20 for that has been fully firm for 2 years straight...could be a coincidence, but I think you get what you pay for. I use mine as a desk chair so it needs to stay full!0

I have a Gaiam one that I bought at Target for around $20. It was rated at 300lbs, but I used it anyway when I was over that. No problems other than the kids bouncing all over the house, knocking things and people down. Love it!!0
