Hi Everyone
A few weeks ago while playing basketball I heard a "pop" similarly to what you hear when you pop a champagne bottle. Needless to say I did have surgery and I am in a cast for several weeks.
Fitness wise I recently completed a round of insanity and I felt I was in the best shape since college. Eating has now become more important than ever. However, I find it really hard to stay under my goal since I don't have those extra calories from working out to play with. I would love to hear from anyone who's been in my shoes. Any advise / tips would be great.
