How bad is it to go over on Protein??

So today I went over by 20g, how does that effect my weight loss/overall health?

  • Better to be over than under on your protein. Remember that protein is what helps you build muscle so if you are going over in any area it should be protein.
  • hmmmm!! well I agree to an extent about taking a little too much protien is okay but not over too much especialy for women cause it can cause your testosterone levels to increase so yes it is okay but not too much. Maybe 55%-60% max for women just be careful on how many and what types of carbs your consuming. This is based on opinion and also on the knowledge recieved from my female cousin who is a bodybuilder and nutritionist. She also held the Canadian light weigh title.
