Hi!

Ok, I'm 42 and overweight AGAIN. I lost 65 lbs on WW about 11 years ago, but its back with a vengeance. I tried it again but cant seem to stay on track so I'm shaking things up a little. I'm going to TRY to combine WW with Shakeology for dinner. I've been doing the Shakeology thing for almost 3 weeks and gained weight...ugh...not good. Its not the Shakeologys fault, its all me.

I had been doing S for lunches and it doesnt seem to fill me, so I'm going to try dinner time instead. Its my biggest weakness...dinnertime. I'm at my firestation all day and can control breakfast and lunch pretty well but once I get home I'm basically screwed. I LOVE to coook, and always make a big dinner. I enjoy wine, too...so I'm going to TRY to replace that with nightly walks.

I have NO support at home, in fact my husbands pretty good at helping me sabotage myself!! LOL I have NO self control right now.

Is anyone else in a similar boat? I'd love to find a paddling buddy.

Trish

    Hi Trish,

Check out Motivational Movers 8/22 (Under the Newbies section). One of us starts a new thread daily. I think you'll like the people involved. Most of us are either close to, or are middle aged women with the same struggle. We've been doing this a few days now and everyone seems to be staying motivated and on track. I have the same issues you have. I can be good all day long while I'm at work, get my exercise in and then the evenings hit. Dinner, wine, wine........weight.

As for Greenfield, its not all that far. I have a friend who lives out there. Its so pretty! I cant blame you for moving South, though. Winters here STINK!!!

Thanks again. I hope to be making friends and chatting regularly with you all! And anyone interested in walking in the central Mass area, please LMK. I could use the company!!

I was on WW too and lsot about 25 pounds. I thought I do without it but gained back 5 pounds :( This site has helpd me get back on track.

My family has gotten better but there are still tasty treats in the house. I often have very little will power but I have been getting better knowing I need to track them

You can add me if you want to.

    Good Luck!
