Hi Everyone,
I know that you have the option of changing the amounts of fat, carbs, protein etc. Have any of you guys changed this? If so, to what?

    I changed mine the first week I was on, to 50% carbs, 20% fat, 30% protein. A week later, I changed it again to 45% carbs, 25 % fat, 30% protein. I'm getting better at making healthier choices, so I'm thinking about changing it again, back to the first one.
