Shakes

I am almost out of my current shake, Herbal Life French Vanilla, and I was wondering if there are any types that people suggest to try. I usually have my shake in the morning during the week with 1% milk. I am looking for a kind that has no whey in it.
I was going to go to a health food store and ask them, but they usually just suggest the kind that they are told to sell. I want to hear from people who actually use the stuff and see results.

  • I use two types of shakes and both have Whey in them because it is the easiest for the body to absorb - I have tried lots of shakes! My favorite right now is Shakeology - thick chocolate shake for breakfast - and for the afternoon or when I don't fee like bringing out the blender I use GNC whey protein shake (not as good, but it has the amino acids in there my body needs after a workout).
  • I've been using visalus shakes, and they are great! Taking one or two of these shakes a day along with eating healthy, and I feel SO good. They are natural, no whey, and filled with nutrition. I haven't tried other shakes though, so this isn't compared to anything else.
