    I started in January 2011, and lost 63+ and counting.
    Working hard at it everyday, exercising and eating clean...

    Here are picture of me last December 2011 at 198, then me with a 50lbs loss at 158lbs

    And here is the current me, at 135lbs (63lbs+ loss), looking to get lean and build muscle now.

    Thank you so much for posting your pictures. I really thought of giving up today, well almost every other day. But seeing things like that really makes me want to push myself harder! You look amazing! You are a great inspiration!
