Starting 30DS tomorrow. Have some questions!

I was just wondering if it would be better to do the 30DS every single day for 30 days, or if it would be good to do 30DS every other day and have a different workout in between days.

Also wondering what else other people do when doing 30DS to better their results.

    I did 30DS every day but just added it to what I was already doing - I think the quicker u r able to move up the stages (there r 3) the better the results :):smile:

    Im on day 5 of 30Ds and I do it everyday without skipping a day, they say if you want really good results, to do 30ds and another cardio workout in the same day. .

    I have done it, still do it every now and then. For the best results you should do it every day. Its only 27 min total. That includes a few min of warm up and cool down. After a while you may even do two in one day. Its a fantastic workout.
