Hello everyone i am new to the website i started yesterday. My daughter turn me on to the website and i am enjoying it so far. On my journey to weight loss so far I am down 5 pounds. I been working out and trying to eat healthy so hopefully this webisite will help me on my journey to weight loss.

    Thanks, you are doing great keep up the good work. my birthday is January 19 and i will be 50 me and my daughter join a gym 2 weeks ago so i am on a mission to be fabulous at "50"
