sooo freaked out

I am leaving my current job as of Friday and going back to be a state child protective services worker. I have lost alot of weight working here and have had awesome support. I am sooo freaked out about going back to work at the state. Its soo stressful and I eat when I am stressed. Any suggestions. I have to leave this job because I am getting laid off.

    Bring snacks (celery, carrots, apple, etc), and if there are no healthy food options pack a healthy lunch. Eat frequent small meals, and drink lots of water. You can do this!

    If you are eating b/c of stress step up your exercise routine. Instead of taking the burdens of others home with you at night, work it off at the gym so you wont be tempted to self medicate with snacking.
