so i had a bad day yesterday...i ate pretty bad!! so i weighed myself this morning and i gained 4 lbs since saturday??? i dont get how thats possible....i didnt eat that much????

that 4 lbs isn't all fat, so don't worry. there is no way you'd gain 4 lbs of fat over this weekend unless you're eating like 15000 cals + per day. that 4 lbs is probably bloat from increased sodium intake, a little bit of fat, and the actual food in the digestive tract. Just get back on track and check the scale again in a few days when it should be gone.0

my scales told me i had lost 3lb but the next day said had only lost 1lb do i need change it on my ticker or wait til next weigh day0

Water weight fluctuations for some people can vary as much as 10 lbs in one day.0
