Im 21 and I have a bit of arthritis in my back and lower back problems too. Also have a bad left knee. I need to tone my arms, stomach, thighs. also have some that hangs over the back of my bra.

I hate writing that cause I like to pretend i dont but gotta face facts that I do.

I dont know what exercises to do. I dont have alot of time in the day to do exercises.

Was wondering what are some good exercises that wont put alot of strain on my back and my left knee

Help please

Walking and Pilates. With your joint problems you really need to build up the muscles around the problem areas without the problems that high impact exercise can cause. With Pilates, get a DVD (check out the reviews on Amazon). Dead easy to do a quick 30min session at home. Then do walking for a bit of cardio - just make sure your footwear is right (you can get last season's running trainers cheap online - just go to a running shop first for advice on what brand/type you need). I'm totally flat footed which has played havoc with my back, knees and hips, so good arch support is vital to take the pressure off my joints.

At this stage it's about getting moving without ending up in pain (and being put off exercise for life). Start off gentle and put the main focus on your food. Once you've lost a bit of weight you may find yourself able to do more exercise as the joints won't have to take as much strain (at this point I can highly recommend the 30 Day Shred - DVD on Amazon).
