Feeling a bit demotivated...

So I got back on the wagon again about a month ago, and I've been doing pretty well so far. I was feeling more motivated than ever to stick with MFP and lose the weight. I've been steadily losing over the past month, and as of last week I lost 10 lbs. Now this week, not only did I not lose, I gained 1 lb. I haven't changed my routine at all, if anything, I've been getting a little more exercise than usual! Now, my current weight is 207 (I'm 5'9''), so I think it's a little early for a plateau, no? I know I just need to keep working out, and eating well, but I'm just feeling a little demotivated...
