Hola! From Panama

I have just joined. I live in Central America, in the beautiful mountains of western Panama. I'm 63, and 40 (or more, we'll see) pounds overweight. Losing weight is such a challenge for me. I was able to quit smoking. I just don't EVER light up. but I can't "give up" eating altogether! I have to modify my diet. And I live with a naturally thin husband! I could use a lot of loving encouragement.
