You can add your own recipes under the Food tab. It's really easy.0

Go in to the food tab, then recipes and add it ingredient by ingredient and save it as a recipe. Then u can add portions to your diary xxx0

Type in each ingredient into the food database and go by the lowest serving size, thats what i do, im having tacos for dinner and im adding each individual topping0

I hope you don't mind if I add this question to your thread:
What about when you go to a restaurant, and you are not 100% sure what is in the dish? How do you count those calories?
Thank you.0 -
