Day 1! I am new to online forms..dieting not so much :)

I just started my diet and working out today. I have not added fitness pal to my iphone but i have seen people rave about it so i will be doing that tomorrow :) Looking for encouragement and competition :) Something to push me. I had my daughter about 15 months ago. I was very sick with my pregnancy and had a c-section. Its been about two years since i have seen the gym. I worked out for one hour and fifteen mins today :)

    Hi, I find the MFP app on my phone very handy - leaves little excuse not to log your food & exercise :D

  • good Job on the excercise today!!! Keep it up! I'm hoping to start today as well. ( just like I've been starting the last couple mondays....hahaha) Im really gonna try this time.... we will see how it goes. Ive heard that this site is awesome in helping people lose weight. Good Luck to you!!

    I am new to this too. I have found this tool very useful. I am seeing slow but steady progress. It has really helped me to see just how many calories I have been consuming. For me slow and steady wins the race. I've been trying to get out and walk regularly. I am month into this and my resolve is holding out. Best of luck to you!

    Great work out for your first day! You've started strong!
    If you'd like, friend me and we can encourage one another. At the very minimum I need to lose 20 more pounds. Just have to see how I feel, how easy it is to maintain and what the doctor has to say.

    I love the iPhone App, and if you are looking for challenges, try join some of the challenges on this site there are always lots. Just search the word challenge!
