    Thanks - yo ave all made it so clear 4 me. It is not JUST coz I is fat - it is also coz I is ugly, you can't hear me, I've lost more weight than you and I weigh the same as rice and paper or summat.

    I feel SO much better - NOT!

    I ave noted the duct tape advice though - it's on my reminder wall in my S&M dungeon
