I started a yahoo group for My Fitness Pal friends who need a buddy. I will post the link here, but basically, i need major motivation and friends to help me through this. I am just going to post on there when i complete a work out, even if it is just walking a bit, or some tae bo or whatever. Anyone who wants to join can of course, and it would be soooo awesome to be able to have friends to help each other along. I majorly need a fitness/motivation buddy!!!!
