How do I get rid of Items in recent list

Hi does anyone know how to get items off the recent list? I see u can delete from most used help Some of the foods I no longer want on there Thanks

    you can't. you used them recently...they stay.
    The only way is to eat so many other things in that category that they fall off the bottom of the list....which is 4 pages long...
