30 Day Shred... Level 3?

I've been doing 30DS since August 1st. Today I did my first day of Level 3. It seems EASY! Does anyone else feel this way about Level 3?
edit: Level 1 was difficult at first, and Level 2 was pretty hard until the last two days of it... but Level 3 isn't hard at all?

I have bad knees, so I do the low impact versions of the plyometrics moves...so for me, I definitely find level 2 to be the hardest. I burn as few calories in level 3 as I do in level 1.0

Couldn't say it better myself I'm in physical therapy for my knee. So Level 2 was the hardest, but Level 3 I have to modify for some moves because of it. I burned about as many calories tonight as I did in Level 1. ... I burned 40 more calories in Level 2.0 -
Totally agree, Level 2 seems the hardest. Im on Level 3 Day 1 now. Have you tried ripped in 30, i like it a little better than 30ds, and it does get more difficult each week.0

I guess I sort of feel like... it's easy, how am I going to "shred" during this level?0 -
Oh yeah!! Level 1 killed me, level 2 was A LOT easier, and 3 is a breeze!! I think it must be our bodies getting stronger...0

I thought Level 3 was the easiest too.0

Not yet. My sister just bought that last night & text me today saying she almost died doing it LOLThat actually made me want to do it, because I KNOW that it's hard then. I'm over weight, & I want something challenging to help my body change faster...
I was thinking of possibly doing the 30DS over again but doing it twice a day every day until the 30 days is up.0 -
Thank you everyone... I thought I was going crazy thinking Level 3 was super easy. Either that or I felt like I was completely slacking. =P0

I did like a week of Level 3 and then went back to Level 2. I think that Level 3 is more for just toning. But I don't want to tone yet, I want to Shred!0

i got really bored with the 30DS. i never completed the full 30 days because it was SUPER EASY. i did level 1 for like 2 days and then moved up to level 2. It was alot harder, but then after 4-5 days on it, it got easy and boring so i decided to combine level 1 and 2. now that was a workout. i did that 2 times before i decided 30DS isn't for me and i need something more challenging.0

I talked to my husband about it... He said that maybe Level 3 is harder, but Level 2 is much harder so our bodys got use to it & don't notice that Level 3 is as hard as it is because L2 got us ready for it? Could be who knows.... Maybe you should try a day of Level 3 tomorrow before doing Level 2. Only one way to find out.0 -
LEVEL 3 IS THE HARDEST LEVEL! DONT KNOW WHY EVERYONE IS SAYING LEVEL 2 IS,, AHA0
