I've seen many individuals here, so it's likely. I'm a junior pre-diabetic.0

I'm 51. Have diabeties type 2. Now off all medication since losing weight, regular exercise and healthy eating. Still have a lot to lose. But it feels great to have that part of my life under control.0

I am 56 YO. I was told last December that I had to go on diabetes meds. I told the doctor to give me 90 days. In 90 days I lost 25 lbs, got my blood sugar back in the normal range (no meds needed), and lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol. I have now lost 36 lbs and have been maintaining for the summer. As soon as fall arrives, I start light weight training. Friend me if you would like!
