I would love to connect with other dieters/healthy eaters in Japan - it would be helpful to be able to recommend healthy brands, food choices, etc.! Anyone out there?

    I live in Japan too. I've been adding a lot of Japanese brands recently to the food list, so hopefully you've been able to see some of them and use them. Feel free to add me if you like!
