Daily Check In

Today was really my first full day and I did pretty good. I love all the bells and whistles that this site has it is easier to keep track of things and see exactly where I need to concentrate. Today I went over my calorie allowance by 15 and the fat by 54. Those are two areas that I have to watch close. I also realize that I need to drink more water. I didn't get a chance to exercise today. No excuse, just didn't do it.

  • Today is going better. I went for a bicycle ride with the hubby this morning and food has been on track all day so far. I still have to get my water in which continues to be a battle. I don't like water much.
