I am 29 and have 4 boys and now I am going to try to loss all this weight. Just wanted to introduce myself and wish everyone luck with their goals.

Good luck! I'm a mother of 4 as well but I have 2 of each. Welcome to MFP you will LOVE it here! The support and motivation you get from here is amazing and I wouldn't know what I would do without it. It is addicting but in a good way!
