    It's deep water aerobics, I spoke to my trainer and she said it should be more than a moderate swim as u have all the resistance of the water and just the legs going up and down alone is burning 8 cals per minute so add the arms in to and ur who body trying to stay afloat and moving should be a lot more then the sit ups and weights we do with the water resistance too so about 800 cals a 45 min workout at an estimate it all depends on how hard u work at it too then will be more
