Yet another redundancy threat

My hubby just emailed me, his employer has told the firm that, unless 2 of the supervisors agree to demoted jobs by tomorrow, another person will face redundancy, this time, it could be my husband's job !!!

My husband is sooo despressed right now, it's his 40th birthday tomorrow - what a way to celebrate it!
I've tried reassuring him that I can pick up the slack with my job, if he can drive me around my ladies, I'll be able ot get a lot more calls covered in a shorter space of time, but know he's worried that I will make myself ill in doing so

I just don't know what to do for the best, if it's not one thing lately, its another - and each time, it gets worse :noway:
