Newbe and need motivation

just joined today and dont get a chance to do much exercise so going to try cut down on the calories. :ohwell:

how you look is 80% what you eat but remember, dieting will only get you so far, at some point you will have to exercise! good luck!0

Try to add things slowly. Park the car a little further when shopping, take an extra trip out to get groceries once they have all been carried in. I try and walk on my break at work. If I can do one lap around the parking, it's more than sitting at my desk all day. Good Luck!0
