Hey everyone,
I'm generally doing alright with my diet and exercise after taking a break for a few months, straight back into it and it's going well. One thing I have noticed is that I never feel full really and tend to want to snack. I've tried having water or green tea instead, but it doesn't really work for me. What are some of your favourite foods which are both filling and low in the bad stuff? I mean for main meals, really.
Thank you

I've been eating this "soft taco" a lot. It's very filling and less than 200 calories:
1 Joseph's flax and whole wheat pita, cut open
Fill with 1/4 cup fat free refired beans, hot sauce, salsa, onions, tomatoes, 3 T light sour cream, baby spinach0 -
Air popped popcorn. Spray with butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkle on seasonings (they stick well!)
I love salad with low cal dressing
Cottage Cheese and cantaloupe
Rice cakes with peanut butter
Apple and string cheese
Greek yogurt with fruit and honey on top0 -
Try replacing any breads you are eating with Ezekiel bread products. They are very dense and incredibly filling. I usually only use one slice for a sandwich because of how filling they are.0

I eat pickles as a snack because typically they are zero calories and I can consider that a vegetable right? But I also tend to have a sweet tooth when I want a snack, so I have a Fiber one granola bar or brownie which are only 90 calories.0

Great northern beans with lean ham...crazy filling, complex carbs and lotsa protein. Also, make sure you are eating some protein every meal. Keeps you feeling satisfied longer.0

I've bought Pickled Gherkins before and they were low calorie (as someone else has stated).
I've had them beside me and I've munched on them if I felt peckish - to be honest, I eat when I shouldn't, and I know that this is my issue.
I've been told that prawns are a slow release but also speed up your metabolism - not sure if it was true or not though?0 -
astro or silhouette yogurt cups- only35 cals per.
I also LOVE mixing some sliced almonds with sliced strawberries in a bowl. It's delicious, and only 100 calories.0
