So far I am impressed. In the past two years I have lost 68 pounds! But this all came to a screaching halt when I tore the PERONEOUS BREVIS in the foot. while doing ZUMBA!...in case this greek to some..in real life, its the tendon that attatches your leg to your foot! OH yes, what a wonderful winter...
Anyway...I have managed to keep the wieght off, except for 7 pounds. I have been cleared and back on track. I have rejoined the gym, doing Zumba, strength and want to just become a healthy fit person. I have good energy but I crave sugar above all things, and have access to fabulous healthy foods, but continue to crave the sweets! UGH!
I have a great nutrition plan, I do the 1480, 1620 calorie plan, although the fitness pal, suggests 1200! That is a generated response, without workouts, but I have adjusted.
So I wanted to say hi, and hope to meet some people and make some new friends.
