    I like sunflower seeds in the shell. They take a really long time to eat.

    I use chopsticks for so many things - just for the purpose of extending my meal! I use them like 4 times a week!

    Hmm... I'd have to say my fav food that takes some time to eat is ...
    Apples with peanut butter or celery with peanut butter/raisins.

    Ever since I started eating only at the dining table though, ALL of the eating in our house takes a little bit more time, but feels a bit more satisfying. (snacks and everything-Only h20 is allowed away from the table).
