    W3, L3, D2 - 27, 34, 21, 21, 40 - 143

This is quite hard for me as literally ll my workout DVDs have quite a lot of squats in and I'm doing these on top. There is only one day a week that I don't do a workout DVD - Monday, so I'm little unsure when to do the other sessions :-z

W3, D3, L3 - 30, 38, 27. 27, 45 - 167. Noticed I was very focussed on getting to 45 in the final set, was counting how many still to go and did break a sweat so must be doing something!

    W4 L3 D1 - 29, 34, 29, 29, 50 - 171.

Just seen we have to do another exhaustion test at the end of this week, not especially looking forward to that!! I found the 50 in my final set hard going today (to be fair, the min required was 43 so I could have stopped sooner, but 200 still feels a loooooooong way off!!

Felt better this morning so got straight onto it before my body could change its mind!!

W4, L3, D2 - 34, 40, 34, 34, 55 - total 197. final set of 55 was really hard going, the min target for the final set was 49 but I had wanted to get to 55 because I did 50 in my final set the other day so just kept goingt!! I know I had breaks, but it is nice that total number of squats is now so close to 200, it makes me feel this is actually doable!

Nice total running addict, when are you doing your exhaustion test??

I did mine today after all as had forgotten today is my day off exercise DVDs, so actually given I have no other squats to do probably my best day to get it done!

W4, L3, D3 - 40, 45, 40, 40, 60 - total 225. Final set of 60 really hard going again! I will be doing the exhaustion test tomorrow night which should be between the 24 and 48 hours later recommended. Going to be interesting!!

I have found myself majorly slacking the last few weeks. This morning I am going to do the exhaustion test again and will start on week 4 AGAIN!

Did my exhaustion test tonight and did 61 consecutive squats. I did kind of cheat though as I had looked in week 5 and seen anything over 60 put you on L3 so just stopped once I got over 60 :blushing:

It was interesting though as I found some of the early stages remarkably tough yet I have done 60 in a final set having done shedloads in prior sets before - not sure if its psycological or I actually need to warm up properly to do better?

Tha'ts just bodyweight squats? :( Do you think i could add weight to it? I already do over 500 bodyweight at a time.

I definitely think you could easily add weights to it. If you were lifting the weights at shoulder height and bringing them forward each time you squat down tbh I think you could take your pic what weight. I was also thinking this would be an interesting way to take the challenge up to the next level, lots of the exercise DVDs I do have squats with weights so I don't see why this would be any different?

    W5, L3, D1 - 49, 54, 40, 32, 60 - 235.

finally over my bug so felt like I had loads of energy and could have kept going with the final set, but I knew the min was 54 so I got to 60 and thought 'that'll do!'

    W5, L3, D2 - 27,27, 32, 32, 24, 24, 30, 68 - total 261.

Felt like way more than that because of the 8 sets instead of 5. Final set was really tough, my bum was killing me!!

If I ever skip another whole week of doing NO squats, someone beat me with a stick lol! This set was very hard!!
    W5L2D1-38,47,34,30,47= 196

After skipping a whole week I don't think I want to try an exhuastion test until at least after this week.
