I'm beginning to notice something...

Now that I've started eating about 6 healthy meals a day and drinking lots and lots of water, I'm learning something.

The time I start to feel tired is right about the time I start to feel hungry for another boost of food.

And...my body craves water more now that it's getting more water than it did when it was getting less.

Strange how our bodies work and how they run so efficiently when treated properly. :smile:

    As corny as it sounds, I keep telling everyone that if you treat your body right, it will reward you!! (one of those rewards is weight-loss!)
