My new favorite lunch to eat at work. Its so simple, I can make it in a toaster oven.

Ingredients (note, you'll have sauce and pineapple left over):
1 Whole Wheat Deli Flatround
1 Can Tomato Sauce w/basil, garlic and oregano (no sugar added)
2 Packets Truvia (or other sweetener)
1/4 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
2 Slices Honey Glazed Turkey Breast, rolled and cut into rings
1 Cup Pineapple Tidbits in Juice

1. Mix the can of sauce with the two packets of truvia and set aside.
2. Put each side of the flat round into a toaster and LIGHTLY toast it until its just crispy
3. Spoon about a tablespoon onto each flatround and place under broiler in oven
4. Once the edges of the flatround just start to brown, remove from oven
5. Add fat free cheese and a few chunks of pineapple to each pizza, place under broiler
6. Once cheese is almost completely melted, remove and add turkey breast
7. Broil one last time until turkey is warm
8. Remove and let stand for 2 minutes, ENJOY!

As a side note, I sometimes substitute turkey pepperoni for the turkey/pineapple combo.
