Hi 5 weeks ago I had my first baby and had gained about 43 lbs. I was in the healthy range of wieght before I got pregnant but I would like to lose a little more than what I had gained with my son. I'm ready to lose this baby fat and start toning up my body.

    Make sure you get the okay from your dr. first! I know mine told me no exercising until after my 6 week check-up just to make sure everything was in order. Good luck to you & congrats on the new baby! :flowerforyou:
