I am trying to gain weigh and i am eating more, but still am coming up short on the calories. Some people told me that some nuts where a good source of calories, but what kind?

    I have flavored almonds...buffalo wing, wasabi soy, butter toffee and dark chocolate. Lol

    Avocados and peanut butter are also great sources!

    All nuts are about 160 cals per 1 oz. Cashews are the one of the fattiest. Almonds have great antioxidants. Add a weight gainer protein powder.
