I've been reading post about people who lost a pound and are discourged cause they only lost one pound. Well you shouldn't be discourged. I understand you feel like after working out for 5-6 days and doing intense workouts, you want the scale to say 3 lbs. Even if it is a pound you should be proud of yourself. The way i see it, even if its just a one pound loss, at least it's a one pound loss and not a one pound gain. So for all those you get discouraged after working out all week and only see a one pound loss, DON'T!! You should be proud of yourself!!! I would never have thought I could get alot of support and encouragemnt from this site, but I have and it means alot. This site is great!
