Hello all! I have been in the gym off and on a lot, but I am looking to make a serious push to get back to a healthy lifestyle. I guess you could say I fell off the wagon for a few months thanks to work/stress/life, but I downloaded MFP to help keep track of what I take in. The forums also seem like a good place to keep my head in the game so to speak. Looking forward to some results, and motivation from the online community.
