I have been using this app on my iPhone for about two months now and LOVE it! It has helped me lose 13 pounds and counting! My weight loss journey began about a year ago when I decided to get serious about my health. I was pushing 200 pounds and always tired! I got started on a weight loss program called Herbalife and lost over 28 pounds!!! And the best part was I had the energy to keep up with my 5 year old students at the daycare I worked at. I am a personal wellness coach now and this application and website has really helped me track my food and exercise and I recommend it to all of my family and friends that I work with.

As a new user I would suggest making friends here - they are key to support and motivation.

The forums are a wealth of knowledge. At the top of each category there are sticky notes that show you the lay of the land. Read them - you will learn A LOT. There is also a really handy search function. Use it when you have a question as just about every topic under the sun has been addressed here before and that may be the fastest way to get your answer!

Hi all,Im what you might call a yo-yo dieter.Tried two slimming clubs that did work but the weight went back on afterwards.Nearly gave up the whole dieting thing but growing out of my clothes again,Ha. really like this site but seem to be eating loads as you are allowed more calories because of the exercise.Any tips will be appreciated.
