Just wanted to share.
I started MFP 1 month ago, the week after my best friend's wedding. The dress I wore to her bachlorette party fit very snugly to the point of being a little uncomfortable all night. I tried it on today, just for fun. The first thing I noticed was that I didn't even struggle zipping it up! Then I noticed that it had a much more natural and relaxed fit!
Ahh... the little things! Hopefully this will be the motivation I need to keep up the hard work.
